Specialised coaching programme for Wexford men (aged 35+) who are sick of feeling stiff, run-down & weaker than they should be.

*Places are very limited (by design). We keep it small for a reason.

What to Expect

This is NOT a gym membership.

This is a 12-week Coaching Programme where we help you better manage pain, rebuild confidence in your body, and get back to performing at your best.

By the end of this in-person programme, you can expect to feel:

How it Works

We’ll begin by thoroughly assessing you first.

This is to figure out what’s actually going on under-the-hood, so that we can build a bespoke plan-of-attack.

You train in a small men’s only group where everything is coached and standards are clear.

This isn’t a place to drift. It’s a place to rebuild yourself alongside men who are thinking alike.

Cycling is my main sport and I was getting shoulder and neck discomfort. This has gone now.

The 12-Week Body Rebuild programme includes:

In-Person Assessment & Diagnostic

We test your movement, identify restrictions, weaknesses, & pain points - then set clear 12-week targets for you.

Strength & Mobility Coaching (3-sessions p/week)

36 in-person sessions over 12-weeks to strengthen where you’re weak & to regain movement where you’re restraint.

Small Group Training (only 6-men)

Benefits from a team environment, whilst being seen & coached individually.

Personal Progress Tracking

We'll track the metrics that matter most to your pre-defined goals and relevant lifestyle.

Men-Only Environment (aged 35yrs+)

Train alongside like-minded men who are also putting in the honest work.

Accountability & High Standards

You will be expected to meet the pre-defined standards of the group every week for the 12-weeks.

Pat Doyle

Pat originally started with John’s Mobility classes on Curracloe Beach back in July 2024.

Despite consist attendance with 1-mobility class p/week for the 12-months that followed, Pat was still suffering from shoulder pain and a glute injury that severely limited his training capacity
